Return/ exchange policy

1. Conditions for Product Returns:
 Customers must inspect and film the upacking process of the package upon receipt and initiate an exchange or return immediately in the following situations:
● The products do not match the type or model ordered or as shown on the website.
● The quantity is insufficient or the order is incomplete.
● There is a manufacturing defect.
● The product is within the allowable return period.
● The product must be new, undamaged, and show no signs of use.
● The exterior is damaged, such as torn packaging, peeling, or breakage.

 Customers are responsible for providing relevant documentation to verify these issues in order to complete the return or exchange process.

2. Notification and Return Shipping Regulations:

2.1. Return Notification Period:
● Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2.2. Return Shipping Period:
● Products must be returned within 7 days of the receipt date.

2.3. Product Returns method:
● Inform us via messenger to our Facebook fanpage Sagobi Thailand.


3. Store Return Policy:


3.1. Returning Products:
● Sagobi will refund 100% of the purchase price if we do not have a replacement available. The product must meet the conditions outlined in Section 1.
● For returns, products must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and show no signs of use. The shop will issue a full refund for the original product value.
● Sagobi will cover all shipping costs associated with the return process. If the customer has paid online, the refund will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product.

3.2. Exchanging Products:
● If a customer wishes to exchange for a higher-priced product, they must pay the difference. If the new product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded.

Online Purchases:
● Sagobi will cover 100% of the shipping fees if the exchanged product meets the conditions in Section 1.
● If the product is not defective but the customer still requests an exchange, a 10% fee of the total payment and two-way shipping costs will be charged.
● For customers who paid online for the original product, any price difference for the exchange will be settled via bank transfer.
● The maximum time to receive the new product is 7 days from when the shop receives the exchanged item.

Note:
● Sagobi recommends that customers take photos and video of the product prior to exchanging or returning it. Keeping these images can serve as evidence if any issues arise during the return or exchange process.
